Today has sucked.

Sigyn looked down at her tea for a moment, feeling awkward. Then, she fished a handkerchief from her bag and stood. Sigyn padded over to Holland hand handed him it. She rubbed his back gently and looked over at Bryce for help.

Sigyn frowned. She was trying her hardest to hide her annoyance. “I am not asking you to change your past. This is not about that at all. This is about you and I trying to rebuild. Besides, you are not the sole person responsible for any hard times I might have fallen on. So do not act as though you are.”
“I have told you all I can about my actions. I was a fool to leave you. You are truly the love of my life.” He reached for her ring that he saw was still wearing and smiled. “You remember when we got married? Oh how we almost despised each other. Tell me, what was it that I did that made you love me?”
Sigyn let him grab her ring, there was nothing wrong with him taking her hand. His question threw her off a little. Sigyn tilted her head back until it was resting against the wall. “You did not do anything specific really,” she started. “You just…you never tried forcing yourself on me. That was a big one. And you let me challenge you. You made me feel like I was the most important woman in the world.”
Her smile still intact, Sigyn only shook her head, not wanting to press the matter further. She was not fishing for compliments, Sigyn did not know what she was doing. But she would play along because it was a nice change from arguing. “Well you, sire, are incredibly handsome. Has anyone told you so?”
“I am afraid not my Lady.” Loki still smiled but it was slowly leaving his face. He knew he was avoiding the main problem and this was slowly going to loose it’s charm and no longer distract her. “Sigyn, I am sorry. There is nothing to change my past and I can only describe my actions as someone who does have problems. I really do Sigyn and unfortunately many including yourself have suffered because of me.”

The energy generated by this number and the pair of them is infectious. I dare you not to smile while watching it. I DARE YOU!!!
